Table Mountain Casino New is Hiring a Slot Supervisor Near Friant, CA
Assist the Slot Shift Manager in the overall operation of the shift. Directly supervise the Slot staff and provide input regarding Team Member performance to Management.

Responsibilities:
- Train and coach Slot Team Members on policies and procedures, new machines, and the Slot Department Operational standards.
- Ensure that Slot Team Members are following their work assignments and working in their assigned areas.
- Ensure compliance with Casino-wide and Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Responsible for communication within their department ensuring that information is shared with Team Members.
- Inform Slot Managers of information necessary to the efficient operation of the Casino.
- Maintain an understanding of general work procedures and Slot Operations policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.
- Six (6) months experience as Slot Attendant preferred.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to problem solve is required.
- Must have good leadership skills, excellent customer service, strong technical skills, and ability to effectively lead a team, and resolve guest disputes.
